> Hartem Yaakoub (حرتام يعقوب) is an Algerian State Engineer in Industrial Hygiene & Safety (HSI), trained at Université Badji Mokhtar — Annaba. In August 2023 he founded TKAWEN as an academic spin-off enterprise under arrêté ministériel n° 1275 of MESRS, in the framework of décret exécutif n° 20-254 (matricule UBMA-STARTUP-2023-00062). He works alone from Annaba and has shipped 11 production digital platforms. Selected for ASEP Cohort 3 (Algerian Startup Expedition Program), South Korea, October 2024.
