I am Hartem Yaakoub, an Algerian State Engineer in Industrial Hygiene & Safety (HSI), trained at Université Badji Mokhtar — Annaba. In August 2023, I founded TKAWEN as an academic spin-off enterprise under arrêté ministériel n° 1275 of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the framework of décret exécutif n° 20-254. TKAWEN was registered as UBMA-STARTUP-2023-00062 — among the first national cohort of academic spin-offs at UBMA.

I work alone, from Annaba. In two years I have shipped eleven production platforms covering digital certification (Algeria Certify), professional video conferencing (LIQAA), e-commerce SaaS (STOQ), pharmacy management (PharmaPro), and identity infrastructure. TKAWEN holds the Startup and Projet Innovant labels.

In October 2024 I was selected for ASEP Cohort 3, the presidential Algerian Startup Expedition Program, in South Korea — POSTECH, Seoul AI Hub, COEX, Startup Park Incheon. The trip framed something I had already started believing: that Algerian youth can build software the world will use. I am here to demonstrate that quietly, one shipped product at a time.

Je suis Hartem Yaakoub, ingénieur d'État algérien en Hygiène & Sécurité Industrielle (HSI), formé à l'Université Badji Mokhtar — Annaba. En août 2023, j'ai fondé TKAWEN en tant qu'entreprise issue de projet académique sous arrêté ministériel n° 1275 du MESRS, dans le cadre du décret exécutif n° 20-254. TKAWEN est enregistrée sous UBMA-STARTUP-2023-00062, parmi la première promotion nationale de spin-offs académiques de l'UBMA.

Je travaille seul, depuis Annaba. En deux ans, j'ai livré onze plateformes en production couvrant la certification numérique (Algeria Certify), la visioconférence professionnelle (LIQAA), le e-commerce SaaS (STOQ), la gestion d'officine (PharmaPro), et l'infrastructure d'identité. TKAWEN détient les labels Startup et Projet Innovant.

En octobre 2024, j'ai été sélectionné pour la 3ᵉ promotion ASEP, programme présidentiel Algerian Startup Expedition Program, en Corée du Sud — POSTECH, Seoul AI Hub, COEX, Startup Park Incheon. Le voyage a cristallisé une conviction que je portais déjà : la jeunesse algérienne peut construire des logiciels que le monde utilisera. Je suis ici pour le démontrer en silence, un produit livré à la fois.

أنا حرتام يعقوب، مهندس دولة جزائري في الوقاية والأمن الصناعي (HSI)، خرّيج جامعة باجي مختار — عنّابة. في أوت 2023 أسّست تكوّن بوصفها مؤسّسة منبثقة عن مشروع أكاديمي، بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم 1275 من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، في إطار المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 20-254. تكوّن مسجَّلة برقم UBMA-STARTUP-2023-00062، ضمن أوّل دفعة وطنيّة من المؤسسات المنبثقة عن المشاريع الأكاديميّة بجامعة باجي مختار.

أعمل وحدي، من عنّابة. خلال سنتين شحنت إحدى عشرة منصّة إنتاجيّة تغطّي التوثيق الرقمي (Algeria Certify)، التحاضر المرئي المهني (LIQAA)، التجارة الإلكترونيّة SaaS (STOQ)، تسيير الصيدليّات (PharmaPro)، والبنية التحتيّة للهويّة. تكوّن حاصلة على علامتَي «مؤسسة ناشئة» و «مشروع مبتكر».

في أكتوبر 2024 اختيرت ضمن الدفعة الثالثة لـASEP، البرنامج الرئاسي «برنامج استكشاف الستارتاب الجزائري»، في كوريا الجنوبيّة — POSTECH، مركز سيول للذكاء الاصطناعي، COEX، Startup Park Incheon. الرحلة بلورت قناعةً كنت أحملها: الشاب الجزائري قادر على بناء برمجيّات يستخدمها العالم. أنا هنا لإثبات ذلك بصمت، منتجاً إنتاجياً واحداً في كلّ مرّة.
